We just bought 10 Single family residential rental properties Central Florida .
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to prepare monthly financial reports on quick books and keep current files of all rental & ownership documents relating to the rental properties ie: Leases, property management agreements, listing agreements, insurance policies, deeds, closing statements, surveys, title insurance policies.
Bookkeeper will communicate with property manger each month after reviewing property managers monthly financial reports . Bookkeeper will question PM regarding expenses , late rents, PM fees etc.

Estimated hours: Once this is set up it should not be more than 8hrs/month.
Initial set up should take no more than 20hrs.

Applicants need to speak English without accent.
Clear communication with property management is critical
