Description: I am looking for someone that can create a Real Estate Proforma App.

I purchase land, develop this land then build out residential housing. After construction is finished these properties are used as Airbnb short term rentals.

I need a tool to evaluate prospective projects and present those projects to potential investors. I will be offering investors a fractional ownership in these projects.

I would expect hired Guru to fully understand what i am requesting and understand what a Real Estate development proforma is. The dynamic that is critical is calculating the Airbnb expected nightly rate and expected rental days per month we are projecting out years 1 through 5..
