Description
This project is 7 days a week coverage with 3 shifts available between 7am - 10pm EST.

Agents will walk customers through resetting their systems and know when to escalate a call to the next tier. Estimated time per call is 20 min. so an agent working 7.5 hours should answer 18-20 calls/day.
