Description
Needing rules for 2 email aliases for an Office 365 user account.

Rules need to search for email alias address in the message header.

One alias is used for receiving pdf document submissions. Here’s the rules that we need in this case.
1. If the email has an attachment and the attachment is a pdf and no other file type is attached, the email is moved to a folder called “received”.
2. If any other file type besides a pdf is attached, even if a pdf is also attached, the email is moved to a folder called “blocked” and the sender receives a reply notifying of a delivery failure.
3. If the email has no attachment, the email is moved to the same “blocked” folder and, again, the sender receives a reply notifying of a delivery failure.

The other alias is really a different user on the same account. Here’s the rules that we need in this case.
1. When an email is addressed to this alias from all but the specified senders that will be listed in rule #2, it moves to a specified folder named with the username.
2. When an email is addressed to this alias and it’s from specified senders and has attachments of specified file types--pdf, jpg, gif, docx--it moves to a specified folder called “username_blocked” and the sender receives a reply notifying of a delivery failure.
3. When an email is addressed to this alias and it’s from the same specified senders as listed in rule #2 and has attachments of file types not listed in rule #2, it moves to the folder named with the username.
4. When an email is addressed to this alias and it’s from the same specified senders as listed in rule #2 and has no attachments, it moves to the folder named with the username.

Server side rules are preferred, if possible.
