- Hi everyone.
We are looking for good Japanese problem-solvers with people skills. We will hire, pay, and manage through guru.com, remotely, even though you do have to be in Japan please.
A love and knowledge of business culture and creatively working within and around it, when it comes to Japan, is a great asset, and there is no real specific industry experience just you need to have great communication and common sense and life experience.
We want a long LONG term person who is stable enough in resolve to stick with a company for years. We also will hire based on an hourly rate and incentive mix, to afford stability AND motivation and reward. They have to feel responsible for their successes and mistakes and internalize them.
Customer Service, Admin, Supplier Sourcing and Sourcing from Japanese Companies and Teams, Operations managing, problem solving, and you definitely have to like writing and be good at persuasive email!
We are a small team of about 3 people now and a lot of other contractors worldwide. However, we will be in Japan for the next 30 years at least. We work online and are on the road a lot but are in communication with you every day.
Good for someone who is planning to probably remote work forever, even if they have a family, in Japan.
Not good for people with other full time jobs. or who are in a student, youth discovery and travel, or backpacker and exploration phase of their life.
