Description: We are using MS Project to schedule testing in our equipment test lab. We have a system built, but have run into some snags on using it. We really need some help on getting it working more error free (task splitting when we dont want them too, sub-project use, and how to get more users using it online or on desktops).

Honestly, we're pretty much hacks at MS Project and we need an expert!

We run about 150 projects at a time, each one lasts about a year and has roughly 20-50 tasks associated with it. We would like to resource balance our technicians as well as various pieces of testing equipment, some that run 24 hours a day unattended, and others that need the technician. About half of the projects follow the same testing layout and are easy to put into MS Project. The other half are custom and need more input from the project manager to layout in MS Project.

We're also interested in developing a way to use MS project to calculate costs associated with the testing. Not doing this right now.

Initially we need some very specific troubleshooting help to fix some errors we are seeing in the system, beyond that we would like input in developing the structure of the system to work more efficiently and easily. So troubleshooting, then development work.
