Description: Hello,

I'm looking for a freelancer willing to help upgrading a postgresql 8.4 server to v9.6. This is just a migration test, and if you manage to run the upgrade completely we will also require the exact information on how you managed to do it.
Currently, the servers are running on a windows 2016 server. Every other detail will be provided if you are selected for the job.
I will have some other upgrades to do soon on centos, so whoever will give me the solution will get some other migration projects in the near future.
