Description: We are looking for someone who is familiar with California Codes and can take an existing MEP drawings and provide details. The existing MEP is generic with no specific details like equipment, sizing, etc.

I am looking for someone to take this drawing and provide details including type of mechanical unit to use, type of ducting, type of electrical switches, plumbing sizing, etc.

More help is needed in mechanical and electrical. Plumbing will be a plus but not needed.

If you are interested please show interest so that I can provide the drawing details. Attached is a basic concept layout for you to get the scope of work and what is involved. In mezzanie level, we have two studios.
