- We do shortlets/airbnb holidayrentals in London, Hongkong, Berlin, Bali and other countries. We want to expand our business to Milano/Italy. So I need a local italian person who can help doing research about the general situation in regards of airbnb apartments and to get in touch with agents and/or landlords directly in order to find apartments to rent on a monthly basis which we can sublet on airbnb. There will be also more business coming up once the apartments are on the market as we need local client and guest managers to run the business.
