Residential handymen/Landscape/General Labor needed for our team!
Searching for 1 more qualified Maintenance Technician. We are looking for qualified maintenance technicians who can perform all types of residential repair issues. You must take pride in your work.
Employment type: Part Time (average one to two days per week)
Compensation:
$13-$15 per hour plus mileage
Responsibilities:
Plumbing:
Fixing leaking sinks and running toilets
Repair hot water heaters
Tub/shower repair
Replace manifolds
Drain backups: stopped up toilets and drains
Electrical:
Light fixtures, grounding outlets, install GFIs
Drywall and Painting:
Patch holes and painting
Carpentry:
Replace doorknobs, adjust doors and windows
Replace subfloor
Change out locks
Install weatherstrip and caulk
Install smoke detector
Section 8 Punch Lists
For Rent Signage
Customer Service - You must enjoy solving problems
Install Ceiling Fans, Windows, Doors, etc
Landscape:
Gutters (Repair/Cleaning)
Yard Work
Trimming Trees
Cutting down smaller trees
Picking weeds
Laying Mulch
Haul Trash
General Labor:
Cleaning/Organizing Garages
Cleaning Yard
Cars
Office Cleaning
