- I require a structural engineer to write a letter confirming that a wall removed in my flat is not load bearing.
The wall was a metal stud wall and made with 10mm plasterboard, with a hatch in the middle of it. It was definitely not load bearing and work has been completed to a good standard to remove it and replaster.
I have a particularly inexperienced right to manage company who are in charge of the apartment building, which is steel framed and built in 2001. They require a structural engineer to sign off this single wall.
This could be a 5 minute FaceTime call and 10 mins to write the letter signed by you / your company.
