- Sovereign Solutions provides information technology consulting services which includes enterprise integration, architecture, project management, and software development services. We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will implement the Company’s telesales strategy and function as the Company’s internal inside sales representative.
Our perfect candidate can offer telesales experience in IT consulting services. He or she has a proven track record of success, is highly motivated, analytical, and thrives in a client-focused entrepreneurial environment. This individual will drive the Company’s inside sales initiative and act to ensure that our branding, campaigns, and marketing materials are consistent, compelling and effective. He/she will be responsible for executing Sovereign Solutions inside sales initiative working in direct correlation with marketing campaigns. High call environment with all the metrics and measurements of a high performing telesales team.
Responsibilities:
• Consult incoming hot leads (interested clients) on how our strategic staffing solution can best satisfy their business needs
• Outbound sales consulting for B2B clients in US
• Qualify inbound leads to identify their needs, marketing intelligence and follow-ups
• Successfully sell our strategic staffing solutions over competing offerings
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to generate new business
• First-line contact emanating from marketing campaigns
• Record accounts-related data on CRM
• Provide insights and feedback about lead quality to the sales & marketing team
• Contribute to marketing and collateral development
Required skills and experience:
• Fluent American English, at an idiomatic level (literate writing and speaking)
• Graduate in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance or any other relevant discipline
• Basic understanding of information technology industries
• 1+ year of excellent experience in client communications (e.g. B2B customer service or B2B customer success, etc.) is what we actually prefer over experience in sales
• 1+ year of experience in inside/inbound B2B sales in US market
• Proficient at: in-depth exploring customer's context by asking relevant questions and giving polished presentations
• Driven to differentiate and win in highly competitive markets
• Dynamic, resourceful, ambitious individual with mature personality and business acumen, driven for success and has intellectual curiosity
• Able to work in global (distributed) team, self-servicing and dynamic environment
• Shows control and maturity in facing difficult situations, demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness
• Self-motivated, independent team player
• Ability to drive 80 – 100 client dials per day
• IT-savvy with skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software
