- Sovereign Solutions Corporation provides information technology consulting services which include enterprise integration, architecture, project management, and software development services. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team. The ISR will implement the Company’s telesales strategy.
Our perfect candidate can offer telesales or customer service experience in an IT environment. He or she will have a proven track record of success, is highly motivated, analytical, and thrives in a work from home, client-focused entrepreneurial environment. This individual will drive the Company’s inside sales initiative working in direct correlation with marketing campaigns. He or she will thrive in a high-call, data-driven high-performance environment and be able to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully sell our strategic staffing solutions over competing offerings through inbound and outbound, B2B prospects
• Consult with incoming, “hot leads,” and convincingly demonstrate how our strategic staffing solutions can best satisfy their business needs and marketing intelligence
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to generate new business
• Make first-line contact with prospects emanating from marketing campaigns
• Record accounts-related data in our CRM
• Provide insights and feedback about lead quality to the sales and marketing team
• Contribute to marketing and collateral development
Required skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance or any other relevant discipline
• Basic understanding of information technology industries required; work experience in an IT environment preferred
• 1+ years of B2B sales, customer success or customer service experience; experience in customer service, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth discovery of customer needs and conduct polished, professional presentations
• Dynamic, resourceful, ambitious, creative and driven individual; able to handle all situations with professionalism and well-developed business acumen
• Willingness to work in a global and dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, independent team player
• Ability to drive 80 – 100 client calls per day
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office and CRM software
