Description: A questionnaire has been designed for employees working in private sector- banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) companies in Delhi NCR area.
The questionnaire link (as Google Form) will be shared for this purpose (Total number of questions: 101 excluding basic profile questions - The 101 questions are multiple choice questions)
I need 180 males' and 180 females' responses so a total of 360 unique employees belonging to private companies of BFSI sector in Delhi NCR.
The response will be considered valid only if the questionnaire is fully completed (all questions answered) by the respondent meeting the characteristics given below.
Key characteristics of employees/respondent to be considered for the project:
1. They should be engaged in full time/regular employment at the company.
2. They should belong to a private company in the banking, financial services or insurance sector operating in Delhi NCR.
3. Responses to be gathered from non-secretarial staff (so avoid personal assistants, secretary, etc). Thus, employees should be engaged in operations, marketing, human resources, legal, logistics, etc.
4. Employees in the age group of 21-50 to be surveyed.
5. Employee phone numbers are mandatory for post data collection verification process.
The project deadline is 27th February 2019.
