Description: We are looking for a professional HR specialist with experience hiring part time, freelance and telecommuting consultants.

This position is itself for a part-time freelance telecommuting HR consultant. The position however is permanent as we have an ongoing need for new consultants.

Please provide your resume, information about your education and professional experience, particularly in the Human Resources field and indicate how you would charge for your services and how much.

You have to speak English sufficiently well to have easy conversations on Skype with us and with the candidates. You must be willing to use Skype message and voice -more than emails- in your contacts with us. We need to discuss candidates and their profiles in live voice chats, not by email.
