And this industry can be easily explained by us so that you can understand and immerse yourself quickly
Currently we're overloaded with assignments which are not being worked on quickly or determinedly.
There are simply too many.
What we don't need is more clients.

Your mission if you choose to accept it
Is to help me towards my current target of
10 first meetings each week
To do this you'd choose ( or be given) a certain amount of assignments to work on
Too many would overwhelm you
Then your job is to SPEAK to the candidates,
SPEAK to the clients
Re-assure them that you're on the case
Then get on the case
And make things happen
You might have been in recruitment before but this is not the same
So I need you to make things happen
Make my 10 meetings a week happen
You'll have integrity to not let people down
You'll have the courage to chase people down when you need to. Mercilessly.
You'll have the energy and the stamina and the stage presence and the organisational skills to get this job done.
You'll have use of your own phone and landline.
You'll have a great telephone manner.
You'll want to prove by results that you've got what it takes.
