- I am in immediate need of a guarantor who owns a house in the UK. This would be a large sum of money so it isn't a matter of joke, but if you would like to make a lot of cash immediately, you've come to the right person. A percentage of the loan would be given to you. Need to be legally allowed to take on such a task and trustworthy. Will need to provide documentation so we are on equal grounds and know each other's details should a problem arise. Any fraudulent activity will be taken up with class action law suit and private investigators shall be involved as well.
