Description: I bought a new Dell computer with Windows 7 just over 1 yr ago.
It is really slow, but shouldn't be.
I installed MS Office myself so there are probably mistakes with that.
My Printer doesn't work, but all the settings I see say it is working properly.
An expert may find other problems as well.
I've been working on PC's for over 40 years and never had these problems.
