Description
I am looking to hire a Filipino customer service representative to communicate between new clients and our development team.

Main tasks include but are not limited to communicating between:
- potential clients
- current and new clients
- our developers
- myself

Your priorities:
- To get new clients signed up to our website plans
- Monitor our chat system so that you can answer any queries/concerns from new, potential and existing clients
- To keep our current customers happy (by responding intelligently to them as quickly as possible whenever they need something)
- To follow up with the work & make sure it has been finished, then letting the client know the status of the work.
- Post client requests to Asana, our task tracking software

Skills required:
- This should be obvious as you'll be communicating with clients but I feel I need to say it:
