Description: We are looking for an expert to support us in the evaluation of a semiconductor patent portfolio.

The patents relate to semiconductors containing GaN and AlGaN. Recently, high power switches made of AlGaN/GaN HFETs have shown excellent performance over other RF switchgear with maximum power density, bandwidth, operating temperature and under voltage. Such switches and semiconductors are the focus of the portfolio.

The aim is to determine which of the patents represent interesting and innovative technologies.
