We are having some trouble launching a citrix application in our clients environment, this environment is monitored by Dynatrace.

We are looking for a professional who can interpret what our Dynatrace logs are saying. We need someone who can help is interpret the logs, and help us understand what needs to be done so that this application will launch through citrix.
