To manage Battlefy how to create and manage tournaments, Olympic system, maps, etc, the person must have a youtube channel or twich account to review its experience with the game. Manage the tournament, commnunicate with players, in different time zones, help manage the rules of teh tournament, and experience managing 1000 teams or close to that number
