- The project is a single task and consists in the addition of two hundred fifteen listings into an online dashboard; access to dashboard is provided by us with a username and password to get access, in the English language.
The ideal candidate would have strong hand-eye coordination, superior computer skills, a strong discipline, highly details oriented, comprehend instructions and communicate clearly. Applicants should feel comfortable having their work scrutinized and be open to receiving constructive observations for errors or mistakes can happen during the process of the task. Our candidate should be an open mind to fix any error, mistakes or missing details discovered by our team, and this must do immediate, candidate must to priories the fact to fix errors before to move forward with the addition of a new listing.
The job consists, in select multiple options on the dashboard pages, resize photographs of each property, input prices by seasons, copy and paste some pieces of texts, and the major task is the selection of alternatives and do the task in a very organized manner. The information and the photographs of the listing will be taken from our website or given in an email; the photos of every property should be upload in the same order shown on the website in the same order shows a dropbox link and pictures must resize at 2050 x 1350 before setting in the dashboard. Mandatory - zero error to set correctly rates, seasons, policies and information such copy, and paste associated with a property listing. Set rates, meaning changes prices according to a price list and according to the season with a start and end date season. The candidate needs to do the job efficiently. We required a candidate able to provide a quality job with professional appointed.
We operate outside of the traditional 9am-5pm business hours, so once you are all trained up, you have the availability to get in touch with us as much possible to support the success of the job. We are at Easter Time in America. Our candidate needs to contact every day, with five days minimum with updates and must to complete as much listing on a daily basis with a minimum of five.
We support the candidate very close and every listing will be review in deep after this will be complete it in a 100%. The task of the project consists of complete the addition or build of 215 homes listing. Each vacation home listing is considered finish only when obtaining a 100% scope; this scope can see in the dashboard, so the candidate can track by own the percentage scope obtain during the process of the completion of the job. This scope is individual by each listing. The time frame for the project is 4-6 weeks from the day project is granted, including weekends and holidays from the day the project is granted. The payment project is $ 120 (American dollar) and the payment will be made after the two hundred fifteen listings will be successfully added and posted live with a 100% scope of completion in the dashboard.
If the candidate decides to give up or leaves the project after a start there will be no compensation, there will not a payment to the hired candidate. This means the candidate will be work for free. This is a security measure since the employer invests resources and thousands of hours and consuming enormous time in training and assistance to the candidates to support the job duties every day around the clock. No Milestone will be made at the time we hired a candidate. Only one payment will be made and set on Guru immediate at the time the candidate delivers 215 listings done in the way we request. in the amount mentioned above.
We reserve the right and not represent an obligation to provide an extra bonus to the hired candidates in recognition of a quality job and excellent communication. We are a large vacation rental business and we are looking for a long-term commitment candidate and able to work with us, as a team to manage the advertising of our products in many online rental markets.
