Description: See Attached, please could you create a business action plan based on the opportunities you identify on the report and what you would like to implement as the Store Manager.

In regards to people the team not as engaged as they could be. We have new Supervisors in place and they need support and coaching in driving sales, expectation setting, leading the team and delivering brand standards.
