Description: I'm looking for Barbering/Cosmology in Philippine .I need to put a study/travel plan.The plan would be to contact the centers in Philippine to obtain the courses details that match the Washington State cosmology requirements.Also to ask them which visa they require for US citizens to study in Philippine.Arranging the trip to Philippine like,flight booking and the hotel or apartment close to the centers .And probably I need a maid/escort (will be negotiate later).The pay will be step by step,I'll pay when finishing each step so I need to know what you will do and much you charge for each step
