- We would like to work with someone about deep knowledge of clinical trials and help guide us on how to organize a small study evaluating the safety and efficacy of topical products.
Currently most topical products on the market make claims while only relying on secondary evidence of individual ingredients. We would like to arrange primary studies that are small scale that can start the process of establishing data on safety and efficacy.
This project is to provide consultation on the following:
- Propose type of study based on the product, budget and study goals (assuming all studies are human trials)
- Propose ideas on how such a trial can be done fast, cheap and effectively (though we understand its usually 2 out of the 3)
- Guide us on how study design and proposal can be handled
- Help us with budgeting estimates
- Help us with timeline estimates
- Help us establish milestones for the study
- Guide us on how to get the study published in Pubmed and appropriate journals
- Guide us on estimating the type of human resource wanted
- Guide us on identifying ideal study sponsors/facilities willing to work with small manufacturers
- Guide us on identifying ideal researchers/doctors that we should approach for the study
Your deliverable for this project will be a report that will include the above.
