Description: I would like a spreadsheet or word document with a list of properties in the state of Florida. Anything from 80 unit Multi-Family apartments to small 2 bedroom houses. I would like some properties that would require some fixing up to do so i could resell for a higher price. I DONT want houses or Multi-Family apartments from LoopNet.com or Realtor.com.
