Need an information packed article/guide to the benefits (and downfalls if any) on selling your house when you’re in pre-foreclosure, rather than allowing the foreclosure to go through. Information on the overall foreclosure process would be very helpful as an intro.
If necessary you can use Pittsburgh PA as your subject location for really zoning in on the foreclosure process (since it varies from state to state) if that would help you provide really high quality content that’s not as watered down as a complete overview in general would be, comparatively, to speak on a nationwide level instead. But it’s up to you and how YOU work best! I just need a robust, useful-information packed article on the foreclosure process to help people finding themselves in pre-foreclosure for the first time who really never knew how the foreclosure process worked prior; or people who haven’t been officially placed in pre-foreclosure yet but find themselves close to or in a situation where they won’t be able to keep up with bills or pay their mortgage and want to educate themselves on the foreclosure process, their options, and the benefits/downfalls of selling their home instead of allowing the foreclosure to complete.
