Description: Hello

we have a website to sell deals, where the merchants provide us the deals and we add the deals , so can user buy it, and print it and provide it to the merchants as a receipt ..

after that the merchant will have to log into our website so he can type the code and mark the voucher as used..

So I need to have an Android app developed in React Native which will scan a QR code from the voucher printed paper using the camera. The QR code scan will fill the voucher code in a form, and the merchant will be able to update that info in his website account with the "mark as used" button or cancel to get back to the home screen.

The Website itself is in core PHP and a REST API needs to be created for the same to interact with the app. It will have 4 endpoints: Login, Logout, Reset Password (via email only), and the voucher - mark as used request as mentioned above. The merchant will also have the option to add the code manually in the form.

Please mention the development time and hourly rate.
