Description: We do not want to this to be a Native App which has to be purchased from Google or Apple stores. We want a Web-Based App which can be downloaded via Texting a Keyword through our Texting Service which we have an API on the backend. This will be a Mobile Veterinary Patient App (or Pet App). Once the Keyword is received this App should be able to be linked to the download. When receiver (the pet owner) taps the link in the text message, the App will appear with 5 icons which should be linked to other web-based functions; 1) Pet Health Records page, 2) Appointment Request page, 3) Appointment Confirmation page, 4) Medicine & Pet Diet Refill page, 5) A Pet Health Report Card page. This Web-Based App will be able to be saved to the Homepage of the Mobile Device (Both Apple & Android) with our company icon being created when saved.
