Optimize Performance in Unity3d for Mobile Game

I have created my first unity game and the last step before building all my levels is to optimize my first (test) level. I want sure the game runs clean and performance is good for IPHONE & Android before I build the rest of the levels. I am new to Unity, game making, and C# in general so I don't know where to start.

I am hoping to pay you hourly to look at the project with my LIVE on a ZOOM call. I want you to help troubleshoot and teach a little as we go. I don't need a full understanding of what you are doing but I do want to have a basic understanding so I can know where to start learning.

I currently have a build working on my phone but it runs slow. I have done a ton of research and covered most of my bases like batching, occlusion, optimizing textures. I think I am having a memory issue and need to have each level load before they start. I think right now the entire game is loading in the menu. I don't fully understand.

I have attached a few screenshots to give you an idea of what the game is like. I also have a link to the game before I converted to mobile.
