Description: I need an online chat app for Android. The features that needs to include on the apps are:-
1. User can register to the app
2. All the registered users will be available as online and they can chat or interact each other
3. There will be a VIP section where user need to pay a fee for VIP Access.
4. VIP users will received a badge logo after successful payment on their profile
5. VIP can create a private chatroom where can they add any users whom they want to chat with

Let me know how much it will cost and the time frame of the development.
