Need a Custom QR Code Created

Description: I am looking for someone to create a QR code that does the following actions automatically once it is scanned on iPhone and Android.

Once QR Code is Scanned:
1. Contact name and number would be saved to their phone (without the user pressing anything).
2. Once its saved, WhatsApp would open and would message "Added You" to +1-929-355-4268 (once again without the user pressing anything).

Currently I can do both processes separately by creating 2 QR codes. 1 to save a contact to their phone and 1 which would bring them here (https://wa.me/19293554268?text=Added%20You) which when clicked on would open WhatsApp and enter "Added You" in the text field.

Please let me know if you can make this an automated process.
