Description: I am trying to do the following:

1. create a mobile interface app where about 100 users can key in their findings on the ground and then send it to their respective team leader. The team leader will approve and it will generate a quick report that will generate a summary text and then send an email to the backend

2. The backend will pick up the report and copy it into an MS access database.

3. The MS access will then be able to split out multiple reports

To build: the mobile app and the MS access database.

I am trying to create a solution where the about 100 users can key in daily and send to their Team manager for approval and subsequently generate a report as well as a database. Any tools that can be a one stop shop can be consider as well.
