- Build a digital recruitment solution designed to place freelancers into temporary employment, on demand. This solution must use detailed matching algorithms and data science based specifically on job specification and applicant’s credentials with a view to presenting potential employer’s with an ideal candidate and eliminating browsing of unsuitable options. As such, this solution is designed to be both cost and time efficient for all parties.
matching can be considered to be very detailed - almost like a 'dating app'
Hiring Developer to build a web based mobile optimized MVP through which may test assumptions and gain feedback relating to the above, in order to be able to ultimately build a complete solution incorporating additional features and artificial intelligence elements, as required.
***Developer must have clear experience with SQL/Algorithmic based matching, and some Bayesian inference***
***Desired experience with AI or open source codes such as tensorflow, pyrorch, Bayesian approaches****
*** MUST BE UK BASED & answer the suggested questions on this post in detail***
***MUST HAVE SOME UI/UX experience to help make on boarding screens as easy and effieceint as possible, and overall ease of use and attractiveness of the look and feel****
