Description: iPhone/android App and web portal development

The marketplace will be a portal where all medical equipment suppliers will place their products. Customers will be able to choose and buy the products.

There will be
Front end = customers
Back end = our management
Back end = suppliers

I need web/app designing PLUS web/app programming.

I am happy to know if I need more skills/professionals. Me and my partners will be funding the project.

I would like to know the following:
- monthly costs involved until launch
- time till we can have a soft launch?
- monthly maintenance costs
