- Hi,
We are a small to medium business that currently provide hospitality, security and cleaning staff to hotels and restaurants within the UK. I am looking at bringing certain aspects of our business in house and to do this I am looking for an app that can be on IOS, Android and also a web interface. The features I am looking for are as follows:
• Several tiers of access including – Client, Employee, Management, Admin
• Admin Tier – Able to add and create records for all new employees, this will include photo’s, all personal information, all employment information and if possible the ability to upload documents. Storage not required, happy to have this stored on box or onedrive if possible. (further details upon request)
• Management Tier – Ability to view all employee records and update as required
• Employee Tier – Available to view for each individual employee, they can view all information held about themselves only and update the information held including current holiday remaining (can be added by admin tier only).
• Client Tier – Available to our external customers, will be able to view names and photo’s of all staff in order to verify a worker who attends site is indeed who they claim to be.
Other features we would like include is forms functionality similar to applications such as formstack, these would be for internal use only. However we would like the functionality for completed forms to go out via email on set templates.
At a later date we would also be interested at adding rota and shift functionality to the app.
