Description: Ipad and Android app.

Target Audience/Users: People who use physical Binders for Depositions, Trials, Mediations, Hearings, Sales Meetings, Board Meetings etc.

Platform from where documents would need to transfer from:
Dropbox
Google Drive

Features:

1. Able to create “binders” which act like folders.
2. Within each “binder” u can upload (PDF) documents which you can reorganize/rearrange their order by touching them and moving them around
3. Tools Available when you open each document (PDF):
- RED PEN FOR NOTES (which could be done using a finger or Apple Pencil making sure if you have Apple Pencil is plugged in that the palm is not interacting with screen.. only the pencil)
- HIGHLIGHTER WITH A CHOICE OF 3 colors (yellow, green, orange)
- HIDE AND UNHIDE pages
- SELECT PAGES FOR SENDING BY EMAIL WITH HIGHLIGHTS AND NOTES
- Open Notes To write additional notes (with finger, Apple pencil, or typed) which could also be sent when you select pages for sending by email.
