Description: I want you to develop an android app

The android app will be like the monitoring system for the student in the bus

So, first of all, it will have a loading page then the main page.
The main page will have three buttons each button is linked to other forms (Student list, Student attendance, and GPS Addresses). And I also want to but icons in the bottom. The icons once the user hit them i need it to sends automated SMS messages to a particular list.

- Student list page will have a table with several columns, containing information about the students. when a user click on a student name it will take him to a page with full details information about a student. and I want a password feature if a user want to modify the data.

- students attendance page will have the student list also but only with the name and the pictures and it will show if the student absent or attendce by retriving data from NFC reader.

- GPS addresses will show a map with the location of every student listed in the student list.

the attached pictures are not really accurate but i want you to clearly understand how ot will be

please tell me how it will cost first.
