Description: I need an Android /ios app. I would like it designed and built.

Hi I need a very basic mobile app made.

The app will need to have an exercises regime which can be via videos or images.

It is a 3 month programmer
I will give u a copy of the programmer but it includes things like
Standing on 1 leg for 30seconds
Standing on 1 leg for 30 seconds eyes closed etc

I want this ap to go into he android and iOS store. Android is more important at this stage.
Please share your previous work related to andriod /Ios app
