Description: I need an estimated quote for an iOS and Android App with following functionality:

1. We need to create a phone dialer app which will be connected to our WordPress Mysql database via web services.
2. The primary purpose of the app is to add a call log to our mysql db whenever an outgoing call is made via the phone dialer app. We don't want to implement a voip calling functionality and phone dialer app should be using the local carrier for making calls - just like iOS or Android's native mobile calling.
3. The other functionality we need is a search option in the app for users to search the contact stored in our mysql db with name or phone number. We need to show the search results in a datagrid and they can make a call by either dialing the number directly on the dial pad or clicking the phone number in the datagrid. When they click the phone number in datagrid, the app should create a new record in mysql db for the selected lead id and save the date and time the call was initiated and when they hangup the call update the same record id and add the date and time call was disconnected and duration of the call.
4. We also need to add a login dialog in the app and verify the login credentials from our Wordpress wp_users table.

We only need the apps for iOS and Android mobile devices.
