I have 3 PDF Forms that I would like to be able to fill out from an iOS app (iPad preferred). You may use No-Code if possible / web based app. I also need to add signatures to these. Once complete, I need to flatten the PDF, upload to Google Drive, and email to several addresses. Once completed, I would also like to add this information to a Google Spreadsheet. I need to be able to open the saved copies (item list) to add additional signatures, flatten again, save upload and email as well.

I want to be able to load an already made PDF from a specific google drive folder onto the app to edit. (item list)

I want a very basic, minimalist interface that will mainly be used on an iPad / iPhone... See attached for design idea, and the 3 pdf forms that will need to be completed.. as well as the spreadsheets that will need to be updated. SSA is now known as OSS. TBOL & OSS spreadsheet will be sent once accepted.
