Description: 1: Fix the bug:

My android app has an alert feature that runs in the backgroud, call an API to fetch some data and as soon as some conditions are satisfied a push notification is sent.
Since the last version of android (Oreo) this feature bugs, the alert is not fired.
According to the developer who worked on it, the service that fetch the data is updated to run in the backgroung on Oreo but this was not done on the service that push the notification.
This part aims to fix this bug so the alerts can be fired even if the app is closed.

2/ Optimize loading

The first time you open the app, it loads a long list of data, so the loading time is slow, and there is just the logo with a note 'loading' but after few seconds you get the feeling that the app is freezed (it is not the case). This happens also whenever you re-open the app but it is a little bit faster as it loads less data.
Make the loading time when the app opens the first time static (4sec)

3- Add a tour guide when the app is opened for the first time (4 pictures)

4- Add a loading spinner on one page if the data is not fully loaded from the api.
