Description: Hi,

We have a website, TeenyTinyStar https://teenytinystar.com/ where we do personalized videos for kids. Our videos are based on popular nursery rhymes. The customers upload the photo of their child and then the child will become the STAR of the videos. We sell them in DVD or digital format.

Now, we want to create an app version of it. We are looking for an experienced developer who could create an iOS and Android app for TeenyTinyStar. The process and function would be similar to JibJab and ElfYourself apps where the users could use their photos to create personalized videos.

Now, to be considered, please tell me in your proposal your well-detailed plan/approach to create the app. NO GENERIC PROPOSALS PLEASE!!!

Also, include the timeline and rate (budget posted is just a placeholder). We have 12 videos in all and we'll include all those in the app.
