The website will consist the the information of the web site and will provide static information to the users of the company.The Receiver/Sender Panel will provide them to track and see the progress of the parcel and will also have a complain panel.

Mobile app (IOS & ANDROID)
The mobile app is used by the delivery man.
Login to the device.
Delivery man can scan the master parcel barcode
It will update the status to all the barcode under that master barcode and change the status to transit reached and geo locate (google maps) and save it along with the delivery man’s ID.
Delivery man can scan the parcel barcode again individually
It will update the status of the barcode and change the status to reached and geo locate and save it along with the delivery man’s ID.
Email/SMS to the sender & Receiver.
feedback form in which delivery man writes parcel ID,receiver name and mobile and it updates that parcel id receiver name and mobile.
Operator area (WEBPANEL)
The operator area is used by operator to manage information about Products
