General information for the app: traveling app
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I am wanting to create a traveling app, the main idea is people who are solo travelers or in groups and wanted to connect with others, they have an app that will allow that.
About - Travel the world while meeting backpackers who want to see and do the same things as you do. Find others traveling to the same destination, collect virtual stamps and share photos with friends as you go!
Features - The user will have a profile, that can they can go in and edit, on the profile they will have, bio, blog, social media account, photos. They will also be an around me section, where the user can swipe and chat with people around a certain mile between them ( this is similar to tinder)
The user will have a virtual passport and be able to input travel dates/ideas for other users to look at.
A big page is an offers page, where i can go into the management section and add new offers so that people around that area will see them and i am wanting this to be pushed out to people that are around that, so location settings in key.
For me - I am also wanting a database to keep track of all the users and a management section where i can change the picture of the front cover and some of the sections to easy edit and manage it.
Pages that are a must
1. profile
2. around me (like tinder)
3. social media
4.offers and push out notifications
This needs to be GDPR complaint
this will need to be on iphone and android, i will require a database and for it to be uploaded on app stores, this is a long project and will need looking after.
