i need app like this i will give you final UI design.
basic function for app
1. User Can Upload
2. User Can report video
3. force app update with custom link (link will be set from admin)
4. on app exit dialog i can set more apps url from admin.

admin:
1. Add Update Delete Content
2. notification
3. user uploaded video approve or reject
