- I am looking for someone to develop and publish to the Android and iOS app store an app for my audio only podcast The Segilola Salami Show.
I need a simple app that is based off my podcast RSS feed http://www.segilolasalami.co.uk/feed/podcast/
You can search for the Viki app to get an idea of what I am looking for for the front end. Once someone visits the app, there should be menu tabs at the top then a slide show of the latest episodes underneath. The two main tabs will be featured episodes and all episodes. For each episode, registered users can leave comments. I would like the featured episodes to be those that have giveaways. My giveaways are based on the gleam widget and I would like that the listeners can enter the giveaway directly on the app.
I am open to alternate suggestions.
The backend is the most important thing to me. I need detailed analytics. I need to know when the app was downloaded and the type of device. I need to know how many people are listening to the show at any one time. I need to know how long each person listened to each episode of the show etc etc The more stats I can get, the better.
I need admin access to make any changes if needed. I would like to access the admin panel from a desktop too. I would like to post pictures of upcoming episodes using the direct URL of the pictures. No media files will be stored on the app.
I also need the option for someone to donate to the show using their app store credentials.
For me to consider your proposal, please say "humpty dumpty sat on a wall" as the first thing you write in your proposal. Kindly send me links to apps that you have developed that I can view the admin panel on my desktop. Without this, I will not consider your proposal.
If this job is done satisfactorily, I have another app project lined up that is video based.
Also, I feel that my budget is more suitable for someone not based in the UK but I don't mind where you are based as long as you can carry out this job satisfactorily and within my budget. If you feel that my budget is too low, please do not send a bid.
What would be a bonus is if the app can be downloaded on the Windows store and/or Amazon - we can discuss this after the app is live on Android and iOS and I will pay extra for this.
