Description
We are looking for GIS Map application.

a) It shall provide a complete view of facilities, sensors, and alarms in an easy-to-use and intuitive GIS-enabled graphical interface with a powerful workflow and business logic engine. MAPs should be Open Geospatial compliant (OGC) compliant and should be purchased. Free available general purpose maps are not to be used.
b) The system shall integrate with GIS and map information and be able to dynamically update information on the GIS maps to show the status of resources.
c) In addition to the textual information in the GIS, the user shall be shown a direct overview of the event location environment, neighbouring events, resources used and special objects.
d) The homogeneously integrated 2D GIS can manage and represent various maps (grid and vector mixed) in different dimensions, for examples Plant plans, building block and geo-referenced aerial maps.
e) Shall view the environment through geospatial or fixed composite computer generated (JPEG, BMP, AutoCAD, etc.) map
f) Should allow user to view sensor and related name from the displayed map
g) Should allow all resources, objects, sensors and elements on the map to be georeferenced such that they have a real-world coordinate.
h) Should visually display a camera sensor with related camera orientation, camera range and camera field of view angle.
i) Should visually display an alarming sensor on map.
j) Should visually differentiate sensor alarm severities on map through different color and icon identifiers
k) Should immediately view alarm details (including description, video, etc.) and investigate the alarm from the map
l) Should allow user to choose camera and other sensors from map to view live video and the data
m) Should allow user to choose camera and take live video image snapshot and save
to file from any camera
n) Should allow user to choose camera to PTZ, play, pause, stop, fast-forward, rewind,
and play recorded video from preset time

The 3D graphics system shall offer the following functions that are independent of the event:
a) 3-dimensional navigation and zoom operation.
b) Use of, GIS tool which allows easy map editing for wide area monitoring (Google map, Bing map, ESRI Arc GIS map, etc.).
c) Display buildings, devices, points of interest, events and resources in the 3D world model with customer specific icons and identifiers
d) Search and sort functions are available for these objects.
e) It shall be possible to selectively display the objects according to type of object and event type in order to avoid information overload through pre-defined filter settings that automatically apply during event handling
f) The displayed data objects can be processed via context menu using the same methods as in the 2D GIS or in site plans / floor plans.
g) The 3D GIS system will use up to 50 sq km satellite imagery of the critical infrastructure site in minimum 0,6m / pixel resolution
h) Buildings can be easily placed and scaled through the administrator
i) Option to add additional 3D structures in .obj file format through the administrator
j) Zoom and focus to object, event and resource locations through simple operation
