Developer for web based game

I am looking for someone who can help me realise my ideas for simple, short web-based games / interactive activities. Initially I will commission one of these interactive games, but a number of additional ones will be developed between now and the end of 2021.they will have a very minimalistic design. An example of the interaction I have in mind are a simple page with balloons floating across the screen. The user can choose to pop them with the cursor, or fingertip, but the popping produces an exaggerated sound of an explosion. The game will be on-line (not App-based) using HTML, Javascript and should work across all platforms . Ideally I need someone with a creative and flexible approach, able to suggest ideas and also to develop an ongoing relationship. Ideally the individual or company will be based in UK / Europe. The work is product-based and pays per completed interaction / activity price negotiable.
